A passion for wine and oil-making passed on through our family's generations is what brings about the birth of Edoardo Primo in 2002. The company takes name after our grandfathers Edoardo and Primo, and has amongst its objectives a meaningful restoration and safeguard of the territory and its natural environment. At the moment the company covers a surface of about 8 hectars, 4 of which dedicated to the production of grapes, and one and a half to olives. 80% of our vinyards produce white grape (Vermentino), while the remaining 20% are dedicated to various varieties of red grapes. Our production cycle involves manual as well as mechanical processes, which are carried out with extreme care and not without difficulty given the nature of the terrain. Their composition is dry and rocky with deposits of sand, while their altitude ranges from 100 to 150 meters above sea level. An excellent exposition to the sun which allows us to obtain an excellent growth, a selection of grapes during harvest, a fermentation and honing at controlled temperatures, and processes of bottling and labeling through modern machinery, are all factors which help preserve the excellent characteristics of our wines.
